Elizabeth Banks has told RTÉ TEN that she has a special place in her heart for Ireland and that she could possibly make Pitch Perfect 3 here - but we need to work on our acapella skills!
Pitch Perfect 2 hits cinemas this Friday (May 15) and actress, director and producer Elizabeth Banks reckons they have made a movie the fans will really enjoy.
Speaking to RTÉ TEN Banks explained: "You've got to give people enough of what the loved about the first movie, but you also have to give them something different.
"This movie was really important to me personally. We are telling this amazing story written by a woman, directed by a woman, starring a lot of women and we are presenting something that is hopefully really inspirational to women all over."
While a number of international acapella groups made it into the movie, Banks explains why there were none from Ireland.
"Well I am Irish, there is a special place in my heart for Ireland. We try to base as much as possible everything in reality.
"It turns out the reasons our arch nemesis this time right is German is because acapella is really big in Germany. So my advice to you is to make acapella really big in Ireland and then we will probably come there."
