Bob Geldof has confirmed that he married Jeanne Marine last month, saying their wedding was "great fun".
The Boomtown Rats singer was reported to have wed Marine, his partner of nineteen years, at the end of April in an intimate ceremony in the Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer province in the South of France.
Geldof now told The Sun newspaper about his nuptials: "I'm really happy. It was a good day. It was great fun."
