Frames frontman Glen Hansard played a surprise gig in Dublin venue Whelan's last night and he was joined in the impromptu acoustic set by Mundy, David Kitt, and John Sheahan of The Dubliners.
Hansard had been shooting a video for his new single in the venue's front bar when he was joined by Sheahan, Kitt, drummer Graham Hopkins and Dublin journeyman Gavin Glass for a set of Frames songs and cover versions.
