Lucasfilm planning to make fifth Indiana Jones

Lucasfilm's Kathleen Kennedy has confirmed that they are planning to make a fifth Indiana Jones film.

Rumours that we would be seeing more from Indiana Jones began circulating in 2012 when Disney purchased the rights to any future sequels, and now Lucasfilm have confirmed that it is very much on the cards.

Speaking with Vanity Fair, Kennedy said, "When it will happen, I'm not quite sure. We haven't started working on a script yet, but we are talking about it."

Jurassic World star Chris Pratt was recently linked to replace Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones in a re-boot of the franchise, while Ford has previously said he would like to play the archaeologist one more time.
