Lili Taylor has been cast in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre prequel Leatherface.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Taylor is replacing Angela Bettis as Leatherface's mother, who dropped out due to a scheduling conflict.
EastEnders star Sam Strike is playing the character's on-screen son, a disturbed teen who becomes the titular character.
Stephen Dorff, James Boor, Sam Coleman and Jessica Madsen are also starring in the movie.
Alexandre Bustillo and Julien Maury will direct Leatherface, which is scheduled to be released in 2016.
