Will Poulter will play evil clown Pennywise in the upcoming remake of Stephen King's It.
The We're The Millers star has been cast in the project which is being helmed by True Detective director Cary Fukunaga, according to Variety.
The novel was previously made into a TV miniseries in the 1990s and the latest adaptation will reportedly be split into two feature films to allow filmmakers to remain as close to the plot as possible.
It was originally thought that the role of Pennywise would go to an older actor but according to reports, 22-year-old Poulter blew Fukunaga away in his audition.
