The Fall and Raw actress Tara Lee has landed a publishing deal with US music giants BMG Chrysalis. The Los Angeles-based label also has the Kings of Leon and Duran Duran on its books.
The Dublin native announced the news on her Facebook page, writing: "Yesterday was one of the most incredible moments of my life."
She continued: "I took a trip to BMG's offices in LA… and signed a publishing deal. So yeah, I'm all published and ****. They have Blondie…just saying…"
Lee also shared a statement from the label, which revealed that she has been cast in a UK film called Moon Dogs, which will be directed by Downton Abbey's Philip John.
BMG's Thomas Scherer said of Lee: "Tara Lee is an undeniably talented artist, writer and actress who is poised for global success.
"The BMG team and I look forward to working with Tara and her team to help her realise her full international potential."
