Marvel's Daredevil has been renewed for a second season less than three weeks after its release on Netflix.
Daredevil is the first of five series being developed by a three-sided partnership of Marvel, Netflix and ABC Studios and season one was released on April 10, to much critical acclaim.
Charlie Cox stars as the blind hero, aka Matt Murdock, a lawyer-by-day who fights crime at night. All 13 episodes from season one are currently available to view on Netflix.
Steven DeKnight is exiting as showrunner, with Doug Petrie and Marco Ramirez replacing him.
Petrie and Ramirez will also executive produce the show, alongside Drew Goddard who wrote the pilot.
