Following the release of his new album Carrie & Lowell, Sufjan Stevens has announced two shows at The Helix, Dublin on Friday, August 28 and Saturday, August 29.

The latest album, named after Stevens’ mother and stepfather, sees the New Yorker return to his folk roots on eleven songs addressing "life and death, love and loss, and the artist’s struggle to make sense of the beauty and ugliness of love."
Joining Sufjan Stevens for the Helix gigs are Madisen Ward and the Mama Bear.
