One Direction star Louis Tomlinson has announced that he is starting his own record label.
Tomlinson has announced his business venture just weeks after Zayn Malik quit the world famous boyband.
Speaking to The Sun, Tomlinson said:"It's absolutely great to be working with Syco on a label. This is something I've wanted to do for some time, and to be given the opportunity to potentially give new artists a platform is an incredible feeling.
"I hope to sign some really exciting artists down the line."
His new label is backed by Sony and is an imprint of Simon Cowell's record label Syco.
He has already signed X Factor finalist Jack Walton and is planning to hold auditions for a new girlband.
