Comeback queen Melanie McCabe, who appeared on The X Factor four times, talks about life after the talent show and reveals what fans can expect at her first concert on Easter Sunday.
Speaking to RTÉ TEN, 21-year-old Dublin native McCabe revealed that life has been good after her experience on The X Factor.
"It's been crazy - good crazy though. I've been doing a lot of singing, anyone that asked me to do something, I was doing it. I just wanted to gain some experience.
Speaking about her first solo concert, in which she'll sing songs from the Divas, McCabe said: "I'm intrigued to see how it goes and to see how I handle it - it's a big responsibility to entertain people for a whole night.
I'm not trying to be the singers, I'm just doing their songs in my way."
An Evening with Melanie McCabe takes place in The National Concert Hall, Dublin on April 5. Tickets available from www.nch.ie
