Benedict Cumberbatch recited a poem penned by the UK's poet laureate Carol Ann Duffy at the reburial of Richard III earlier today. Watch Cumberbatch's recitation here.
The actor will play the 15th century English monarch in a new BBC2 drama later this year and he recently discovered that he is a distant relative of the king.
Richard III's remains were uncovered in a carpark in Leicester in 2012 and he was reburied this morning (march 26) at Leicester Cathedral.
