Gillian Anderson has said that she can't see a future for BBC motoring show Top Gear without the involvement of embattled presenter Jeremy Clarkson.
Speaking to The Big Issue, Anderson said: "He can't not be part of the show. He makes the show. It's an unfortunate situation, but the show is as popular because he is as inappropriate as he is on camera and off camera."
The BBC are currently investigating the incident and according to some newspaper reports, they are expected to make an announcement about Clarkson's future with the corporation today.
