Nat Wolff has landed the leading role in James Franco's new project In Dubious Battle.
Franco is adapting the 1936 John Steinbeck novel for the big screen and Wolff will take on the role of Jim Nolan, an activist organising an apple picker strike in California.
Franco will both direct and star in the film with Selena Gomez, Vincent D'Onofrio, Robert Duvall, Ed Harris and Bryan Cranston also cast.
Wolff and Franco previously worked together on 2013's Palo Alto, a film based on a collection of short stories penned by Franco.
Wolff can next be seen in Paper Towns alongside Cara Delevingne which hits cinemas on August 19.
