Josh Duhamel has been cast in the baseball drama The Wrong Stuff.
According to Deadline, the actor will play pitcher Bill 'Spaceman' Lee in the movie, which has been adapted from the best-selling memoir from the sportsman.
The film is set in the 1980s and chronicles the downward spiral of hot tempered Major League pitcher Bill Lee.
Meanwhile, Ernie Hudson will play Joe, the only black player and first baseman for an all-white, French Canadian amateur club.
Brett Rankin will direct from a script he wrote.
The Wrong Stuff will begin shooting next week in Los Angeles.
