Eddie Redmayne has praised Neighbours stars Jackie Woodburne and Alan Fletcher saying he "learnt a lot from them".
The Oscar winning actor told News.com.au of the duo that play Susan and Karl Kennedy on the soap, "I think they're amazing. I'm a huge fan of them from old. I've learnt a lot from them from watching them daily."
He previously said to Elle, "They are the greatest acting duo in history. Watch, and you'll find that everything they do is on another level of genius. I really do think so.
"[If I met them] that would be complete stage fright. I've met quite a few extraordinary actors, but either Susan or Karl? Well, I don't think I'd be able to talk."
Fletcher responded to Redmayne's praise saying, "To receive such generous praise from an actor of Eddie Redmayne's startling ability and status has been thrilling for both of us. It never ceases to excite me to hear examples of the influence Neighbours has had beyond Australia. And congratulations to Eddie for the recognition of your wonderful performance in The Theory of Everything."
