Pharrell Williams, rapper, super-producer, and father to six-year-old Rocket, has signed a deal to create four picture books for children.
Putnam Books for Young Readers says that Williams' first book will be a celebration of childhood, inspired by his two-time, Grammy-winning global hit song Happy.
The book, also titled Happy, will be published this September, and will feature photographs of children from around the world "celebrating what it means to be happy".
Putnam Books previously published Dolly Parton's children's book, I Am a Rainbow.
