Luke Evans is reportedly in talks to join Message From the King.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 35-year-old Dracula Untold star is not the only actor in negotiations for a role in the Fabrice Du Welz-directed movie, with Teresa Palmer and Alfred Molina also being tipped for parts in the project.
The film will centre on a South African man who sets out to avenge his murdered sister and rescue her stepson.
Evans will play a dodgy Beverly Hills cosmetic dentist, while Palmer is said to take on the role of a drug addict.
Meanwhile, Molina will play a Hollywood producer who has underworld connections and may or may not know where the stepson is.
The movie is slated to start shooting in March.
