Andrew Graham-Dixon and Giorgio Locatelli's arts-and-food-tour of Italy is back for a third run and this time concentrates on the east coast. They begin this three-parter in the southern city of Matera in the Basilicata region, which is the location of ancient cave dwellings that have been designated as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. They then head to Puglia and visit Lecce, Alberobello and Ruvo, discovering that young people are going back to their roots and reviving old traditions.
