To celebrate the April release of The Vicar St Sessions Vol. 1 record, Paul Brady will appear with his band for one night only in the venue where the record was made back in 2001.
Paul Brady fans will recall when the Tyrone man played a month of gigs in Vicar Street during the month of October 2001. He and his band invited guests to join in, including Mark Knopfler, Van Morrison, Sinéad O’Connor, Bonnie Raitt, Curtis Stigers, Gavin Friday and Maurice Seezer, Mary Black, Maura O’Connell, Moya Brennan, Ronan Keating and Eleanor McEvoy.
All the music was recorded and has remained in the vaults till now. Over the past year the first selection of performances from these legendary gigs has been compiled.
