Idina Menzel has backtracked on her previous remarks that there would be a sequel to Frozen, saying she "just assumed" there would be another outing for Elsa and Anna.
Speaking with The Times, Menzel, who voiced Queen Elsa in the hit Disney film, said: "Apparently I spoke out of turn. I just assumed because it was so successful there'd be a sequel."
Frozen has so far grossed over $1 billion worldwide, making it the highest grossing animated film ever.
When asked about the possibility of a Frozen stage show, Menzel added: "I think they're working on [it] but the Disney people keep things close to their chests."
