RTÉ TEN went behind the scenes at The Tubridy Show and chatted to the main man himself, who revealed he's very chilled out behind the 2fm microphone.
Speaking to TEN, Ryan confessed he is much more relaxed since he made the move to RTÉ 2fm.
He said: "Since I've been on 2fm, I have certainly become less worried about small things. I am much more chilled out and inclined to listen and smile a bit more.
"I think I was too wound up before and I am less wound up now and it's great.
"I see humour now where once before I might have seen a problem - I tend to laugh things off now."
