Lindsay Lohan is reportedly facing jail time if she fails to complete the remainder of her community service hours.
According to TMZ, the actress "isn't even close" to finishing the required 240 hours service which was given to her after she pleaded no contest to reckless driving following a car crash in Santa Monica in June 2012.
As of her last progress report in November 2014, Lohan still had 138 hours to complete.
She is expected to ask for more time from a judge on Wednesday (January 28), citing her recent illness as the reason for needing more time. Lohan contracted the virus Chikungunya while holidaying in Bora Bora and spent the earlier part of this week in hospital after suffering a relapse.
