Beyoncé and Jay Z have reportedly drawn-up a bucket list to help them focus on a having a healthy work and family balance.
Apparently top of the A-list's couple list is to have flying lessons, go bungee jumping in New Zealand and trek the Inca Trail.
Speaking to Grazia Magazine a source said: ''The two of them have worked so relentlessly and feel that they've neglected their personal lives and that the marriage suffered as a result.
''The bucket lists they've drawn up are all about wrestling back a really healthy work-life balance, rather than working non-stop on touring and recording new material, as they did last year.''
Over Christmas the couple, who have been married since 2008, visited Iceland, Thailand and Cambodia with their daughter Blue Ivy.
The source added: ''They sat down together and drew up a huge list of places they will visit together and goals they'd like to work towards over the next 12 months.
''Beyonce wanted to go to Iceland and Jay has always wanted to see Angkor Wat in Cambodia, so they went off and did both.
''They've decided that getting quality time in as a couple is the key to a happy marriage, and that if they're planning fun things to do that they've never done before, it'll keep things fresh and exciting.
''The difference in how they're interacting together is huge. They're like a couple of excited teenagers again.''
