While the stars of EastEnders still do not know who murdered Lucy Beale, it is reported that Maddy Hill's character Nancy Carter has a role in the flashback scenes as the killer is revealed during next month's 30th anniversary episodes.
The flashback episode will return to the night Lucy was murdered and Hill told The Mirror: "I filmed a bit of that the other day, very, very briefly. It was strange putting clothes on from a year ago and being in the same settings as a year ago."
As for next month's live EastEnders, Hill said: "I've got quite a bit in the live, there's quite a bit coming up with me and Danny (Dyer, who plays father Mick). I'm really excited. It'll be wicked; it'll be a great atmosphere."
