Written and directed by Damien Chazelle, Whiplash tells the story of Andrew Neyman (Miles Teller), a gifted young drummer who becomes the pupil of tyrannical instructor Fletcher (Simmons) at a music conservatory.
The Golden Globes Red Carpet Special airs on RTÉ2 on Monday January 12 at 8:10pm and is followed by the awards ceremony at 9:00pm.
