Bláthnaid Ní Chofaigh is to present Gaeilge na hArdteiste, a new RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta series to help students prepare for the Oral Irish Leaving Certificate exam.
The programme will be launched by Ní Chofaigh during the live broadcast of Rónán Beo @3 (3:00pm-5:00pm) from the BT Young Scientist & Technology Exhibition on Friday January 9 at the RDS.
Gaeilge na hArdteiste will begin on RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta on Sunday March 1. The half-hour shows will be broadcast each night from 8.30pm to 9:00pm until Friday March 6 and will be available to download.
The shows will include sample oral exam scenarios, advice from teachers and preparation for the picture series element of the exam, and will also help students to build their vocabulary.
