Arthur Darvill, who plays Reverend Paul Coates in Broadchurch, has revealed that none of the cast has watched any full episodes from the new series.
The 32-year-old actor said that the secrecy surrounding the series is so important that the actors have been banned from watching the second series before it airs.
Speaking on Good Morning Britain Darvill explained: "I haven't seen it. None of us have seen it. We're not allowed to see any of it.
"I've seen little bits of it for doing ADR, but not a whole episode. From the little tiny nuggets I've seen it looks amazing.
"There's so many of us in it that we all concentrate on our own little bits, so I can't wait to see everyone else in it."
Broadchurch, which also stars David Tennant and Olivia Coleman, returns tonight (Jan 5) at 10pm on TV3.
