Slash has reportedly filed for divorce from his wife of 13 years, Perla Ferrar.
According to TMZ, the former Guns N' Roses guitarist cited irreconcilable differences as the cause of the split in court documents filed in Los Angeles on Tuesday (December 30).
The musician, whose real name is Saul Hudson, is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their two sons.
The couple married in October 2001, and briefly split in 2010, before reconciling a few months later.
Slash was previously married to model and actress Renée Suran, ending their five-year union in 1997.
