Boybander Jay McGuiness has denied reports that he recently tied the know in Las Vegas.
The Wanted star has insisted he didn't "pull a Britney" referring to the pop star's 55-hour marriage to Jason Alexander in 2004, which began with a surprise Sin City ceremony.
But McGuiness admits the wedding news was almost true.
He tweeted: "For the askers - no I didn't get married, doesn't mean we didn't stumble to a chapel in Vegas in hastily bought suit & dress. But no wedding.
"So close to pulling a Britney."
