Singer-songwriter Lisa Hannigan performs River with Margaret Brophy and The High Hopes Choir during the final concert at Christ Church.
Watch the beautiful performance here, and tune in to the final episode of the show tonight (December 18) at 10:15pm, which will also see Hannigan sing a duet of Blur's Tender with Mousey, and Brian Kennedy performing You Raise Me Up with the choir.
