Ed Sheeran surprised the High Hopes Choir on last night's episode of the show on RTÉ One.
The High Hopes Choir are now number 1 in the iTunes chart with their charity single High Hopes, knocking off BBC Music Award winner Sheeran off the top perch.
The High Hopes single is available for download on iTunes and Google Play. 90 cent from each download will be split equally between Dublin Simon Community, Saint Vincent De Paul and Focus Ireland.
