The 2015 Jameson Dublin International Film Festival  - which takes place in March next - will premiere the Eileen Gray biopic, The Price of Desire, starring Orla Brady and Alanis Morisette.

Writer and director Mary McGuckian has already gained plaudits for the films Man on the Train, Inconceivable and Best. Her latest film The Price of Desire will premiere at the Jameson Dublin International Film Festival.

The movie features Orla Brady as the iconic furniture designer Eileen Gray (1878-1976), who was born and raised in Enniscorthy and later gained fame as a bold and innovative designer in France in the 1920s.

In 1924 she and Jean Badovici designed the house known as E-1027 in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin.

Singer turned actress Alanis Morissette and Vincent Perez also play leading roles in The Price of Desire.

Also premiering at the Jameson Dublin International Film Festival is Alan Rickman’s new period drama, A Little Chaos which features Rickman's Sense and Sensibility co-star, Academy Award winner, Kate Winslet.

The 13th Jameson Dublin International Film Festival takes place from March 19- 29 2015.

The JDIFF 2015 Season Tickets are currently available to purchase at an early bird price of €200 (normally €245) until January 5, 2015.
