Nine luxury cars destined for the shoot of the next James Bond film, Spectre, have been stolen from a garage in Germany.

The fleet of cars include five Range Rover Sport models which had been specially customised for the highly anticipated movie.

It is believed that the theft may delay filming, and the German police have no leads “We are aware of the theft of a number of Range Rovers in Dusseldorf, Germany, “a spokesperson for Land Rover told the Daily Express. “This is a criminal act and the police are carrying out a full investigation.”

The cars were to be used in the Alps. Locations for Spectre also include London, Rome, Mexico City and the Moroccan Sahara.

Daniel Craig returns to Spectre as 007 and co-stars include Léa Seydoux, Monica Bellucci, Dave Bautista, Andrew Scott and Christoph Waltz, who is believed to be playing Blofeld.
