Up is the latest track to be taken from Murs's new album Never Been Better.
Murs and Lovato are set to perform their single at this weekend's X Factor final, alongside fellow performers Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith, One Direction and Meghan Trainor.
Up will be released on December 21.
