The 28-year-old former Nickelodeon child star shared a brand new photo with her 3.7 million followers.
In the pic, Bynes can be seen sporting a knee-high skirt and matching top.
Clearly on a shopping spree, she followed the snap with the caption, "I'm loving Boutique Jules!"
