Felicity Jones is reportedly in talks to join Tom Hanks in Inferno, the big-screen adaptation of the fourth novel in the Da Vinci Code series.
The Theory of Everything star is in early discussions to join the upcoming Dan Brown adaptation, according to Deadline.
According to the website, Jones is being lined up to play Sienna Brooks, who teams up with Harvard University professor Robert Langdon (Hanks) to piece together a mystery connected to Dante's Inferno and a global plague.
Ron Howard is directing the film from a script by David Koepp.
Inferno will begin shooting in Italy in April 2015.
Jones can next be seen alongside Eddie Redmayne in the Stephen Hawking biopic The Theory of Everything which is out in cinemas on January 2.
