Rush and Inglourious Basterds star Daniel Bruhl has been cast as the villain in the upcoming Captain America: Civil War.
Deadline.com says the third film in the franchise will see Robert Downey Jr's Iron Man joining Chris Evans' Captain America.
The film reunites Evans with Captain America: The Winter Soldier directors Joe and Anthony Russo.
Chadwick Boseman will debut as Black Panther, while Sebastian Stan and Anthony Mackie will return as The Winter Soldier and The Falcon respectively.
Deadline.com also reports that Samuel L Jackson (Nick Fury) and Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow) are expected to take part.
The events in Captain America: Civil War will take place after Avengers: Age of Ultron, which is released in cinemas next April.
Captain America: Civil War is due for release in May 2016.
