After a year away from working full-time on the show, Tameka Empson has returned to filming on EastEnders.
Empson, who plays Kim Fox, took a break from the show as she was expecting her first child.
Her EastEnders storyline saw her go on a cruise with, and subsequently marry, a man she met in a kebab shop.
Kim was then briefly seen in the soap during Skype sessions.
The BBC confirmed to Digital Spy that Empson has returned to filming, but no plot details were revealed.
She also took part in the soap's Grease tribute as part of BBC Children in Need on Friday November 14.
