Gary Barlow has said that Take That are in a "new chapter" following Jason Orange's departure.

Orange exited the band in September, and now Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald are continuing as a trio.

Barlow said in an interview on Captial FM: "It feels like a new chapter. I think what it's done for us is it's made us more hungry for what we're doing. We're still full of creativity, we want to make records that people enjoy, we want to blow people away with our tours.

"It's given us a bit of a kick up the bum really this whole thing! We're actually really looking forward to it."

Donald said: "With three of us, it's a new dynamic, and since we recorded the album, we're always coming up with new ideas.

"Straight away you come up with an idea for a tour. So you're pretty much one year in preparation before the tour. Once we get into rehearsals and we start seeing dress rehearsals, and we start seeing the stage come together, and we start seeing the lights come together, and the effects, that's when it starts getting exciting."

Mark Owen added: "We like to do big shows, big productions, and this is going to be the same. I'm just looking forward to getting up there and performing, and singing the songs again.

"It has been quite a while for me doing a lot of the Take That songs, and I like going, 'Oh can we have a 60 foot robot?' and somebody goes, 'Yeah, no problem'. And, 'Can we have an elephant?', 'Yeah, yeah we'll get you an elephant'."

These Days, Take That's first single from their seventh album III will be released on November 23, check out the video below.
