Andrew J West, who plays Gareth in The Walking Dead, has been cast as Cooper in the hit TV series Hot in Cleveland.
This actor will play a romantic interest for Valerie Bertinelli's character Melanie.
West is not the only guest star heading for the sitcom, The Mary Tyler Moore Show's Georgia Engel and Ghostbusters star Ernie Hudson will also have roles in the new season.
