Warning: Do not ask Ewan McGregor for an autograph, especially if you are a Star Wars fan.
The 43-year-old actor, who starred in The Phantom Menace prequel of the classic sci-fi film, reveals that he has no love for memorabilia collectors.
In an interview with American men's magazine Details, McGregor was asked if he'd had any positive experiences of Star Wars fans, and his answer was surprising.
McGregor said: “I don’t have any experience with them. I've never been to one of the conventions.
"The people I meet are the f****** who want me to sign Star Wars photos so they can sell them on the Internet or the people at premieres who are crushing children against barriers to get me to sign their f****** picture of Obi-Wan Kenobi.
He added: "They’re not fans - they’re parasitical lowlifes and f****** w******.”
McGregor can currently be seen in the Australian crime thriller Son of a Gun.
