Tickets went on sale Friday morning for an additional three dates in a sequence of seven concerts at the Royal Albert Hall in London in 2015.

The concerts are marking Eric Clapton 70th birthday, although the iconic guitarist turns 70 next March 30.

May 14, 15, 17 and 18 dates are sold out. The new dates are on May 20, 21 and 23.

Clapton will be accompanied by band members Paul Carrack, Steve Gadd, Nathan East, Chris Stainton, Sharon White and Michelle John.

The shows will mark a full 50 years since Clapton first played the Royal Albert Hall with the Yardbirds in 1964.
