A Stetson in Kentucky - Justified returns, TG4, 9.30pm

There's a Euro 2016 Qualifier today, with Ireland set to meet Gibraltar (kick-off 5pm) on RTÉ2, while the Kentucky-located, Stetson-wearing Justified returns to TG4 at 9.30pm and Strictly Come Dancing goes to the movies at 6.30pm on BBC One.

Euro 2016 Qualifier
4.00pm/11.10pm RTÉ2

Darragh Maloney is joined by Kenny Cunningham, Liam Brady and Richie Sadlier for live coverage from the Aviva Stadium of the Republic of Ireland's Euro 2016 Qualifier against Gibraltar. Commentary from George Hamilton and Ronnie Whelan, kick-off 5pm. Later, Euro 2016 Qualifier highlights at 11.10pm, also on RTÉ2, are hosted by Peter Collins, with the big moments from this afternoon's Republic of Ireland v Gibraltar game plus highlights of Poland v Germany and Scotland v Georgia.

Strictly Come Dancing
6.30pm BBC One

The movies this week, with the 14 remaining celebrities performing routines inspired by some of the greatest films of all time. The professional dancers set the mood with a spectacular performance of There's No Business Like Showbusiness. The dancing duos will take to the ballroom floor and perform routines inspired by the movies, from action to romance and thriller to comedy. Special guest judge this week is Donny Osmond (pictured).

Justified
9.30pm TG4

Season five of the acclaimed police series following the adventures of Deputy US Marshal Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant), a true-blue hero. He is something of a throwback, given to wearing a Stetson and cowboy boots, carrying his sidearm in a hip holster - a weapon he only draws when he has to, and when he does, he shoots to kill. As he sees it, that's the purpose of a gun (the John Wayne school of thinking). Raylan was born and raised in the hill country of eastern Kentucky, ran away determined to become a US Marshal. Now, years later, he has been sent in punishment (and by fate?) to the one place to which he vowed he would never return - Kentucky.
