Sci-fi drama Under the Dome has been been renewed by CBS and will be returning next year.
Under the Dome is based on a 2009 novel by acclaimed horror author Stephen King, and its second season finished on RTÉ Two on October 2.
Rachelle Lefevre, who plays Julia Shumway, had hinted recently that the renewal of Under the Dome was likely.
"In terms of the overall endgame, I do have a general idea of what that is," she told Digital Spy. "It's cool to feel like I have a secret that other people don't know!"
