Mel B has said she does not plan on performing on The X Factor as the show is about the contestants, not the judges.
When asked by The Mirror if she would take to the stage, she replied: "Ooh, I don't know about that. It's about the contestants – it's not about me."
Mel B added that she is enjoying working with Louis Walsh: "Louis is so funny. He is the seasoned old guy. We are having a lot of fun and it's good that we are all getting on."
She did say, however, that she would not go head-to-head with Simon Cowell.
"This is Simon's show, he created it. You don't want to **** your boss off," she said.
The X Factor live shows begin this weekend.
