We caught up with Peter Coonan aka Fran to chat about the return of Love/Hate tonight on RTÉ One at 9.30pm.
The actor told TEN how the cast have become very careful over the last couple of years to avoid leaking any secrets before new series of the hit show airs - he doesn't even tell his girlfriend what's in store.
Safe to say no chance of any spoilers here then but he and the other well known cast members believe that the majority of fans don't want to hear about what's going to happen until they see it for themselves.
The Dubliner also spoke about his starring role in Borstal Boy in The Gaiety Theatre.
