The Good Wife star Julianna Margulies has set up her own production company, Toast Productions, and will work with CBS TV Studios in developing series and TV movies.
Deadline.com reports that Margulies has a "close relationship" with CBS CEO Les Moonves, CBS Entertainment Chairman Nina Tassler and CBS TV Studios President David Stapf.
The actress said of her new venture: "Les Moonves has been a mentor and friend since the beginning of my career, when he brought me onto ER."
She continued: "Nina Tassler has been a champion of The Good Wife from its inception. Collaborating with her has been both an inspiration and education."
Margulies added: "David Stapf is a fearless leader who I have also had the pleasure to know and work with for 20 years. I couldn't ask for more nurturing and seasoned partners."
Margulies also works as a producer on The Good Wife.
The series continues on RTÉ One on Thursday nights.
