Marc Cherry's Devious Maids has been renewed for a third season by American cable and satellite television channel Lifetime.
The show's executive producer Eva Longoria announced on Twitter that the drama series will return for a third season.
"Good news everyone! @DeviousMaids is picked up for Season 3!!" Longoria tweeted.
Lifetime later confirmed that season three will be comprised of 13 new episodes that will air Stateside in 2015.
The network's vice president Rob Sharenow said in a statement: "We are thrilled to be bringing Devious Maids back for another season.
"Marc Cherry has created a uniquely twisted world that blends his comic wit with devilishly ingenious characters and plot twists."
Devious Maids mixes comedy and drama to chronicle the lives of four Latina maids working for powerful families in Beverly Hills.
The ensemble cast includes Judy Reyes, Dania Ramirez, Susan Lucci, Ana Ortiz and Grant Show.
Devious Maids season one continues on Tuesday nights on RTÉ 2.
