We think she's perfect just the way she is, but Cat Deeley insists she wouldn't rule out plastic surgery.
The 37-year-old TV personality admits that she may cave to to 'media pressure' and get some cosmetic work done in the future.
Speaking to Closer magazine, Deeley said: ''There is a lot of pressure on women in the industry but I feel sexier now than I did in my 20s.
''It's all about confidence and I feel like I've left all those niggling insecurities behind.
''But if anything makes me feel self-conscious in the future, I'd never say never about plastic surgery.''
She joked: ''I can still move my eyebrows so I haven't succumbed to botox yet.''
Deeley also gave tips on how she stays fit, saying: ''I try to do a bit of exercise every day - just 45 minutes of anything I fancy - whether that's a hike in the outdoors or a jog. It's good to get the endorphins going.
''I do stick to a healthy diet but I'm not afraid to let myself go.
''If I'm in Italy , I never shy away from pasta or bread. I can't be one of those people who deny themselves all naughty treats. Life would be too boring!''
